Birthday Cheer Framed Art

Hats, presents & cupcakes oh my! This Birthday Cheer Framed Art will add the perfect touch to your next celebration. I plan to place mine on the gift table for everyone to see & enjoy. This framed art uses a 12" x 12" shadow box frame (you can add one to your class fee) & the super bright & cheery How Sweet It Is designer series paper.
